Keeps ball on the stick preventing a tackle. Power and accuracy.
Hands apart. Left hand at top and right at bottom of grip.
Stick in line with left arm.
Pull and then push the ball through
Shift weight from back to front foot
Rotate through the hips and shoulders
Stick finishes pointing where you want the ball to go
Finish with a wrist flock to add power
Don't lock arms
